Here’s my roundup of the latest comedy news that caught my interest. Which item is your favourite in Comedy Roundup 20200117 – the improve your life tips, Doctor Who, or something else?
Doctor Improv
Are you ready for an improv version of Doctor Who? The show, “Any Suggestions, Doctor?”, was a success at Edinburgh Fringe, and now it’s going on tour this spring, from April till June.
During the shows, the audience will shout out suggestions, and the actors will improve the Doctor Who plot, based on those ideas. They’ll have a sci-fi set, and a collection of Doctor Who props, to help set the atmosphere.

Autism
See how Winnipeg comedian, Adam Schwartz, uses humour to show the struggles of living with autism. Schwartz has made friends in the comedy world, and says,
“We’re all weirdos, stand-up comedians especially, so they’re more inclusive.”
