This video with an amazing dog playing Jenga isn’t funny, but it is super impressive!
I compared it to some other so-called Jenga playing dogs, just to be sure it was as mighty a feat as it appeared to be, and this dog is definitely playing at another level!!

Summer has faded away, and Autumn is upon us.
I wanted to celebrate the Fall season by watching dogs fall, and laughing at them, but stumbled upon this gem instead.
Hallowe’en is coming up, so let’s watch two beagles try on 17 funny dog costumes in under two minutes, shall we?
Maymo & Penny quick change through an entire block of trick-or-treating without ever having to leave the sofa!!
Don’t worry, they got treats for each costume, you just need to wait until the end to see them get their rewards…
While this may seem cruel at first, remember we do the same to our toddlers…
At least the dogs got to eat all the treats they collected without their parents rummaging through their goody bag and taking all the Reese’s Pieces!!
I know it happens, because I do it.

Bill Burr is one of the greats. Family friendly content isn’t abundant, but as Autumn approaches, I think we can all relate to a day at the local fair.
A game I like to play at large festivals/fairs etc., is to stand at the front of a line I have no need to be in, and watch people throw adult tantrums.
Another fun idea is to go in a group, and have everyone wear matching “STAFF” t-shirts. I’ll try and record some of that this fall.
Oh, yeah.. Bill Burr.
I, like many, was first exposed to Burr when he appeared on The Chapelle Show. He has since released four hour-long specials, and is on the road “writing” his fifth. He also created F is For Family, an R- rated, animated sitcom on Netflix
Bill sees the humour in the nonsense of our world, and his place in it. Some comedians are only funny on stage, but Burr is not one of those comedians. Some of the best Burr moments have come during interviews, and his handling of hecklers in Philadelphia, though not appropriate for this site, was epic.

September 24 is Punctuation Day, and it has me thinking of the old “Headlines” segment from ‘The Tonight Show.” Here are a couple of classic punctuation fails for Punctuation Day
First, here is a sign from a public washroom, and it could cause confusion.
With only three punctuation points on the sign, it’s really open for any interpretation you choose.
Is the sign for the toilet, about the toilet, or is this the “attention toilet”?
What store has so many disabled, elderly, pregnant children, that it needs to dedicate a toilet specifically for them?
Is “elderly children” a fun way to say teenager?
Hmmm…where should the punctuation go in this “No Soliciting” sign?
This sign defines irony in a way that Alanis Morissette never could.
Missing punctuation has turned this warning to potential violators, into a “get out of jail free” card.
This sign lacks the ability to form a proper sentence… get it?
It isn’t always great being an overachiever! I learned that lesson early in my academic career, and have since exploded into mediocrity. Here’s an overzealous puppy jump:
You have to know that, somewhere off-screen, there is another dog that that this one is trying to impress.
Mission accomplished dog.. you’re famous!
Dogs don’t always hear their instructions properly. Neither do humans. Watch this clip, and discover why spelling bees aren’t held at bars anymore.
Though, I guess both could be used to prevent chafing…
Today is the United Nations Day for South-South Cooperation.
Pretty self explanatory right?
At first glance, it seems like a very attainable goal, or a horribly vague mission statement.
Don’t worry, I googled it for you, and it’s a term for trade between countries in the global south. A term that was coined in 1955. I think it’s safe to say that a lot of terms from the 50’s could be improved upon.

September the 12th is:
National Video Game Day, Chocolate Milkshake Day, and the Day Of Encouragement. How will you honour these timeless traditions?
I can only assume that Video Game Day, and Milkshake Day were established first, and when someone saw what was being celebrated, they thought a little encouragement might help.
Skip forward to the 50 second mark, and you’ll see Jason(not me) lose his lead on the final lap of Mario Kart, then express an emotion that we’ve all felt.
Now, this video was posted because the videographer thought the kid’s meltdown was hilarious, but I was captured by what his friend did.
He took a stand for the Day Of Encouragement.
I think his first instinct was to direct physical demonstration of the emotional explosion(freakout) away from his TV, and gaming system. I feel like this was a wise move that prevented possible escalation of the situation.
After that this kid talked Jason down like a gosh darned angel:

It can’t all be comedy, some of it should be bragging. Watch me and my old pal Rusty fire off some quick tricks.

This autumn-like weekend must have been a delight for the pumpkin spicers!! Too bad it’s over…
